RizzitGo Buying Guide

A first-order walkthrough: find a product, choose its variation, place the agent order and move from warehouse arrival to dispatch.

  • 02Place the order with RizzitGO
  • 03Submit warehouse items for delivery

Use this directory to find and compare products. Product ordering, payment, warehouse processing and international delivery are handled through RizzitGO.

Product Discovery

Browse the eight product categories and open a card to view its catalog image, estimated item price and related products. Compare the measurements, colors and listing details that matter to your choice.

To continue, use “View current options” on the product detail page and inspect the external listing. Check the selected variation before following its available route to RizzitGO. Browsing this website does not reserve stock, place an order or add an item to your warehouse.

Product Selection

RizzitGO accepts supported marketplace links and keyword searches. Its published guide names Taobao, Tmall and 1688 as search sources. On the agent’s product page, choose the required color, size and quantity.

Match the selected option to the catalog reference you reviewed. For clothing or shoes, compare the actual listing’s size chart with your measurements. Resolve a missing size, an unclear variation or a destination restriction before paying.

Read the variation label as well as the main photograph: a listing can show several versions, but the order follows the option you select. Keep the listing reference, selected size and color, quantity and any agreed requirements together so that your warehouse review has a clear point of comparison.

Destination & Route Availability

Check the destination country before paying for goods. The official buying process asks buyers to verify available shipping routes. A product being purchasable from a seller does not establish that it can use your preferred international service or reach your particular address.

Use a realistic item category, weight and package estimate when exploring routes. If availability is unclear, ask RizzitGO about the specific goods and destination first. Do this before purchasing several items for one planned parcel, because adding an unsuitable item may change the options for the whole shipment.

Order Payment

The product order pays for the selected goods and any applicable China domestic delivery. International parcel shipping is a later stage. Review the item quantity, variation, local delivery charge and the payment methods currently offered in checkout.

Keep the confirmed product order number. The USD estimate on this website is a comparison figure from our catalog; use RizzitGO’s checkout amount for the actual payment decision.

Agent Purchasing

After the order is placed, RizzitGO’s purchasing agent buys from the source seller. Use the order enquiry function for questions during purchasing.

Keep questions tied to the exact order: identify the item, selected size or color, and the detail you need confirmed. Review any request for clarification in your agent account so that purchasing can proceed with the correct information.

Monitor account messages and email while the agent is purchasing. If a replacement or different variation is proposed, compare it with your original requirements before agreeing. Paying for the product is one stage in this process; it does not mean that the item has already arrived at the warehouse or entered international delivery.

QC Photos & Order Verification

At warehouse arrival, compare your own order record with the inspection photographs: product identity, chosen color, size label and visible condition. If an important detail cannot be seen, ask for clarification or an appropriate extra image before submitting the item for international shipping.

The official guide states that 1688 purchases follow different inspection standards. Ask what applies when a particular check matters to your order. A completed warehouse status is not evidence that an unrequested measurement, functional test or specialist authentication has taken place.

Parcel Selection & Delivery Details

Once the item checks are complete, select the stored products in User Center → Warehouse and continue to the parcel checkout. You can submit the available items now or wait to combine them with later arrivals, subject to their storage deadlines.

Choose the stored items you want to send, enter the delivery address, and review the available route and packaging options. Before requesting packaging changes or submitting the parcel, check the item’s QC photos, storage deadline and applicable return conditions.

Check that the parcel selection contains exactly the products you intend to ship and that requested services are complete. Review the recipient name, postcode and telephone number. Combining arrivals is an option, but compare the resulting quote rather than assuming one larger parcel always costs less.

Dispatch, Tracking & Receipt

After dispatch, use View Tracking on the Package Details page. Keep the parcel reference and tracking number separate from the original product order numbers: several purchases can belong to one international shipment. Use the current route estimate and allow separately for purchasing, domestic transport and warehouse processing.

Once the parcel has actually arrived, inspect the contents and confirm delivery through User Center → Parcels. If you find damage or missing contents, keep the box and packaging, photograph the problem and retain the relevant warehouse records before discarding useful evidence.
