PAYMENT & PLANNING

Payments & Your Complete Order Budget

Separate item checkout from parcel freight, compare the payable amount and keep a useful record of charges, adjustments and refunds.

  • 01Budget for two payment stages
  • 02Compare the final payable amount
  • 03Reconcile adjustments in your account

The worked example below uses invented amounts to show a budgeting method. It is not a RizzitGO price list or route quote.

Keep Product and Parcel Payments Separate

First you pay for the selected goods and applicable delivery from the seller to the warehouse in China. Later you pay for the international parcel and selected parcel services. Keeping these stages separate shows what a low product price covers and what still needs to be budgeted.

Before buying, reserve room for international freight and destination charges as well as the items. Once the goods arrive, refine the estimate using the parcel measurements and services you actually select. Mark an amount as estimated until an order or parcel record confirms it.

Where each cost belongs
StageWhat to record
Product checkoutSelected goods, quantity and China domestic delivery
WarehouseAny extra photos, measurements, extension or removal services selected
Parcel checkoutInternational freight, selected packing services and insurance if offered
DestinationAny applicable duties, taxes or other destination charges

Check Your Available Method and Currency

The official purchasing instructions name PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay and credit cards, and describe support for multiple payment currencies. Use the choices actually displayed for your account and checkout at the time of payment.

Compare the final payable amount and any displayed payment charge. If the provider offers currency conversion, review that confirmation as well. No single exchange rate or payment fee is assumed here. Save the confirmation in the currency charged so it can later be matched to the order and your statement.

Build a Budget You Can Update

For illustration, suppose two items cost $30 and $25, domestic delivery adds $4, an extra service costs $2 and the parcel estimate is $28. The working total is $89 before payment charges or destination costs. These are invented example amounts, used only to explain the calculation.

If final freight becomes $31, update the freight line by $3 rather than adding the entire $31 again. If a service is already included in the parcel subtotal, do not count it separately. Separate lines also let you compare a replacement item without rebuilding the whole order from memory.

Use the Selected Version and Confirmed Discount

Our approximate USD catalog price helps narrow a shortlist. Use the actual variation price in checkout for payment: another size, bundle or version may cost differently. The catalog sync date is not a new stock or exchange-rate confirmation.

Treat a coupon or shipping promotion as a saving when its requirements are met and the reduction appears in the relevant checkout. The shipping policy makes free delivery promotion-dependent. A discount on the product stage does not establish that later international parcel freight is included.

Resolve a Payment Question with a Specific Record

If the payment screen and account status appear inconsistent, retain the time, amount, currency and transaction reference and ask support to match them to the order. Establish whether the payment was recorded before repeating the action.

For a cancellation or return, separate the item refund from domestic freight, return transport and service fees. The return policy bases an item refund on the amount actually paid. A quoted catalog estimate is not evidence of the amount due back.

Reconcile the Freight Adjustment

The workflow describes an estimated shipping deposit followed by a calculation using verified parcel size and weight. It says a resulting freight difference is returned to the RizzitGO account after dispatch. Check the parcel settlement alongside the account entry.

An account credit is different from a refund to a card or payment provider. Keep the deposit, final freight, adjustment and selected services in one record. If they do not reconcile, send the parcel number and those figures in the enquiry.
