Delivery Times, Tracking & Parcel Problems
Read processing and delivery estimates correctly, follow the right parcel and prepare useful evidence for delays, damage or missing contents.
- 01Separate processing from transit time
- 02Keep parcel and tracking references
- 03Preserve evidence when something is wrong
These are the general shipping policy’s reference ranges. Use the current estimate and conditions for the route you actually select.
Know Where Each Time Estimate Starts
The shipping policy gives general processing and transit ranges. Its processing statement refers to review and compliance checks after payment confirmation; the international delivery ranges start from dispatch. These are not a guaranteed product-payment-to-door deadline.
Agent purchasing, seller-to-warehouse delivery, QC, additional services and waiting for other items can occur before the international parcel leaves. For a time-sensitive purchase, establish which stages are complete and what still needs to happen.
| Stage or service | Published reference | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Processing and verification | Typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation | Excludes holidays; not a total agent-order-to-door estimate |
| Standard delivery | Estimated 5–15 business days from dispatch | Compare with the selected route’s current estimate |
| Expedited delivery | Estimated 3–7 business days from dispatch | Available only for selected destinations |
Use the Parcel and Tracking References
After dispatch, open View Tracking on Package Details. The shipping policy also describes a dispatch email containing the tracking number. Keep that number with the RizzitGO parcel reference and a list of the goods inside.
A product order concerns an individual purchase, while one parcel may contain several orders. Use the parcel and tracking references for a delivery enquiry and the item order for a purchasing or warehouse discrepancy. This gives support the right starting record.
Make a Useful Delay Enquiry
Customs checks, holidays and unforeseen events can extend international transit. Check the current route estimate and logistics notices, then compare the dispatch date and tracking events. A period without a new scan does not itself identify the cause.
If delivery is beyond the estimated window, the policy directs customers to support with the tracking number. Add the parcel reference, destination, dispatch date and latest recorded status. Ask what action is available and what information is needed, and retain the response with the shipment.
Clarify a Failed Delivery Before Reshipment
Confirm the full recipient name, address, postcode and phone number before submission. If delivery later fails, compare those recorded details with the intended address and ask about the actual parcel status.
The policy says incorrect addresses, customs rejection or refused delivery can create extra reshipment charges. Establish whether the parcel is held, returning or available for another attempt. Obtain the proposed next action and cost rather than assuming another shipment is included.
Preserve Evidence at Delivery
Compare the contents with the parcel list before discarding the carton and packing material. For damage or missing contents, photograph the outer parcel, shipping label, internal packing and affected items as relevant. Keep the warehouse pictures for comparison.
Request after-sales assistance from the corresponding parcel in User Center → Parcels. State what arrived and what differs, attach the evidence and retain any insurance confirmation. The applicable service terms determine the process; the general workflow does not promise compensation for every international incident.
- Parcel number, tracking number and delivery date.
- Item order references and the specific missing or damaged contents.
- Relevant warehouse, packing and delivery photographs.
- Selected service or insurance details and the resolution requested.
Use the Correct Support Channel
For shipping questions, the policy lists live chat and support@rizzitgo.com. It states a response target of within 24 hours on business days. That is a support response statement, not a deadline for delivery, a completed investigation or a refund.
Use the order enquiry for a purchasing issue and the parcel after-sales record for a delivered-shipment issue. Keep follow-ups attached to the same problem and include new evidence. Confirm receipt after actual arrival while retaining documents needed for any unresolved claim.
